day school program

a unique opportunity

For some, life's challenges have made school difficult. For others, problems at school have turned everyday life into a struggle. Whatever your situation, the Day School Program at Eagle Ranch will help your family find hope for a more promising future.

Our educational approach

Daily Growth, Lasting Impact

Eagle Ranch School is a Christ-centered, SACS-accredited school serving grades 4-11. The school is unique in its ability to offer an adaptive curriculum that provides modifications and accommodations for each student. A combination of tailored academic curriculum, therapeutic strategies and character-building methods lays a solid foundation that empowers each child to achieve any academic or behavioral goal.

GAPPS Affiliated

GAPPS Affiliated

Eagle Ranch is GAPPS affiliated, allowing our students to participate in sports and after school activities at our partner private school, just two miles away.

A Look at Our Campus

From our nationally-recognized programs to the spaces those services take place, Eagle Ranch is committed to excellence. Technologically equipped classrooms, a full library and art studio are just a few of the elements that make Eagle Ranch School an engaging academic environment for students.

While students diligently work through traditional curriculum, some of the best learning often takes place outside the walls of the classroom. An athletic center, equine facility, 10-acre lake, greenhouse and garden are just some of the locations throughout Eagle Ranch's 488-acre, wooded campus where additional growth takes place and students find the opportunity for new experiences.

Team-building activities on monthly activity days create the perfect scenario for children to develop socialization skills, practice cooperation, grow in confidence, learn to work as part of a group, and emerge as strong leaders ready for any challenge.

Therapeutic Environment

Supporting Your Child

Students and families in our Day School Program have access to the therapeutic services of Jennifer Smith, a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Jennifer works alongside each family to establish therapeutic goals that work toward developing a more peaceful and functional family dynamic. Children participate in family counseling, peer groups and experiential activities. Parents also participate in family counseling, parent groups, and insight nights.

Jennifer also collaborates with instructors to integrate students' therapeutic goals into their daily school routine and supports them as they work with students to establish achievable behavioral and academic goals.

We've Been There too

A happy family of three hugs and smiles at Eagle Ranch School
“My grades are looking way better. There’s not as many students in class, so the teachers are able to help you more. The counseling is helping our family, and I’m taking the advice my counselor gives me.”

A happy family, a mom and her daughters, hug and smile at Eagle Ranch School
“Eagle Ranch School just has a totally different feel. It doesn’t feel chaotic, and I am respected when I ask questions. I feel like when I say something here, it matters. I like that I can talk to my counselor anytime, not just when something bad happens.”
Anna
An Eagle Ranch School family smiles for the family with their son
“I was being homeschooled, but a lot of it was on the computer. I like having a teacher I can talk with – it makes learning so much easier. It’s also nice to meet friends and go on field trips, play football outside and have fun here.”

Creating a Caring Community

The cultivation of a strong academic environment would not be complete without attention to the student-teacher relationship. Our teachers actively work to encourage and build relationships with each student. The trust built within these relationships helps students find the courage to make better choices and empowers them with sound strategies for success.
